These terms govern your use of jerryvalerio.com and the services offered on it, including the StoryHire Signal Scan and the Signal Scan Full Report. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
The StoryHire Signal Scan is an automated diagnostic that scores your career materials (resume and LinkedIn profile) across three dimensions and delivers a written assessment. The free Signal Scan provides a pattern-level read. The paid Full Report ($197, one-time) provides the complete assessment with specific evidence from your materials and prioritized recommendations. Coaching engagements are separate services governed by their own agreements.
The Signal Scan and Full Report are informational career guidance produced by an artificial intelligence system operating under our methodology, with human oversight. They are opinions about positioning, not guarantees. We do not promise interviews, offers, employment, or any particular career outcome. They are not legal, financial, or psychological advice. Decisions you make based on the reports are your own.
You agree to submit only materials you have the right to share, about yourself, and that are accurate to the best of your knowledge. The quality of the diagnostic depends on the quality of what you submit. Submissions that fall below our evidence threshold receive a notice rather than a scored report.
The Full Report is delivered as a private link sent to your email address, normally within minutes of purchase. Signal Scan links remain active for 3 days after your scan; Full Report links remain active for 3 days from purchase. Save a copy using the report's Save as PDF function if you want a permanent record.
The Full Report is a personalized digital product generated specifically from your materials. Once it has been delivered, the sale is final. If your report fails to arrive or a link does not work, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right.
Your report is for your personal use. The StoryHire methodology, the Signal Scan scoring framework, the Undeniable Ladder, and all site content are the intellectual property of Jerry Valerio Coaching and may not be copied, resold, or used to build competing services. You retain all rights to the career materials you submit.
You agree not to misuse the service, including submitting another person's materials without authorization, attempting to access reports that are not yours, probing or disrupting the service infrastructure, or using automated tools to submit scans at volume.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income or lost opportunities.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information, including AI processing of your career materials, and is part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
