This policy describes how Jerry Valerio Coaching ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use jerryvalerio.com, the StoryHire Signal Scan, and related services.

What we collect

• Contact information: name, email address, and phone number when you submit a form, book a call, or make a purchase.
• Career materials: the resume and LinkedIn profile documents you upload for a Signal Scan, plus the answers you give on the intake form (industry, career level, target level, country, age range, and compensation range).
• Payment information: processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not store your card number on our systems.
• Usage information: standard website analytics such as pages visited and general location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To produce your Signal Scan and, if purchased, your full report.
• To deliver those results to you by email and to respond when you reply.
• To send follow-up messages related to your scan. You can opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link.
• To improve our services and understand how the diagnostic performs.

AI processing

The Signal Scan is an automated diagnostic. The career materials and intake answers you submit are analyzed by an artificial intelligence system (Anthropic's Claude, accessed through its commercial API) operating under our methodology. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, your materials are not used to train Anthropic's models. Jerry Valerio may personally review your results as part of providing the service.

Where your information lives

We use trusted service providers to operate the service: Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (secure storage of scan results), LeadConnector/HighLevel (our customer relationship and email platform), Anthropic (AI analysis), Calendly (call scheduling), and our workflow infrastructure. Each processes your information only as needed to provide their function.

Your report links

Results are delivered as private links unique to you. Signal Scan links remain active for 3 days after your scan. Full report links remain active for 3 days after purchase; save a copy using the report's Save as PDF function. Do not share your links; anyone with the link can view the content.

Your choices and rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your information ends our ability to serve your report links.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your career materials with employers, recruiters, or any third party outside the service providers listed above.

Children

Our services are for working professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
